本课程是英语(师范)专业核心课程,涵盖“英语教学通论”、“中学英语教师教学设计能力培养”、“评价反思能力培养”和“中学英语教学案例分析”等四个密不可分的模块。课程模块设置紧紧围绕培养卓越中学教育英语师资的总目标,第一个模块重在理论先导,第二个模块旨在结合英语教学实际加强教学设计及教学管理能力,第三个模块为卓越教师培养打下坚实的反思总结能力,第四个模块扎实提高英语专业师范生教学实践能力。四个模块之间螺旋穿插、动态互动、相互促进,体现了“理论意识-实施运用-教学反思-实践创新”的螺旋式课程推进过程。理论学习的目的在于提高教学实践的指导性、原则性;师范生在教学实践实训中充分反思,进一步加强对教学的理性认识;以提高理性认识和增强教学体验为基础,切实加强教学实践中的创新能力培养。整个教学过程的落脚点在于英语师范生实践创新能力培养。
