This course takes the basic spirit of Chinese traditional culture as the main line. The overall structure is divided into three major section: (1) the Confucianism and Taoism culture as the leading idea; (2) aesthetics and literary and artistic culture; (3) science and technology, history and culture. This course clarifies the essence of Confucianism and Taoism, the wisdom of traditional philosophy and political culture, the essence of literature and art, the charm of classical aesthetics, and the rational examination of Chinese culture, and the structure is clear, self-contained. From multiple and multi-faceted perspectives, the course displays the remarkable snapshot and infinite charm of Chinese culture.

This course is designed to stimulate students' love for Chinese traditional culture, guiding students to familiarize with Chinese traditional culture.
