该课程旨在帮助学生全面了解跨文化人力资源管理基本理论、目标、原则、特征、方法、过程及趋势等,深入探讨文化因素对人力资源管理的影响,梳理不同文化背景下人力资源管理的差异,提升学生文化敏感性,培养跨文化人力资源管理能力。该课程共分为8章,涵盖跨国企业人力资源管理理论、规划、招聘、甄选、培训与开发、绩效评估、薪酬福利管理、劳动关系管理等方方面面的内容。课程采用双语教学模式,注重案例教学,每章都有典型企业案例,强调本土化与国际化相结合,理论性与实践性相贯通, 培养学生家国情怀及创新创业意识,提升其国际视野。
