课程简介

        《植物生理学》是研究植物生命活动规律及其与环境相互关系、揭示植物生命现象本质的科学。该课程是生命科学尤其是农林学科人才培养中重要的专业基础课程之一,在农业实践和科学理论方面都具有重要意义。

        课程内容主要由三部分组成:(1)植物对水分和矿质营养的吸收和转运,主要讲授水和植物细胞、植物的水分平衡、矿质营养和溶质的运输;(2)植物体内的生化和代谢过程,重点讲授光合作用(光反应和碳反应)、韧皮部运输、矿质营养的同化等内容;(3)植物生长发育及调控,主要讲授生长与发育、光敏色素和光调控的植物发育、蓝光反应、六大类激素(生长素、赤霉素、细胞分裂素、脱落酸、乙烯、油菜素甾醇)、开花的控制和非生物胁迫的应答与适应等内容。

        本课程的参考教材为Lincoln Taiz和Eduardo Zeiger等编写的、目前国际上最主流的植物生理学教材《Plant Physiology》第5版(2010年出版)和《Plant Physiology and Development》第6版(2014年出版)。该课程视频共包括55个核心知识点,本学期学习总时长为16周(包括节假日)。通过本课程的学习,将有助于拓展学生的国际化视野,全面提高学生的专业英语能力和科研思路,使学生能够了解植物个体发育过程中的生理变化及植物与环境互作的适应机理,掌握动态更新的植物生理学核心和基础知识体系,初步具备运用植物生理学知识指导生产实践的能力。
