这门课会讲什么?

      《英美文学选读I、II》课程以建设省“一流英语专业”为契机,深入了解我国高等本科院校《英美文学》课程教学现状与研究成果,结合CTA,ITA教学方法,采取SSBI(Styles and Strategies-based Instruction)即:策略与风格并举的融合式教学模式下的线上线下混合式教学改革实践。同时,利用个性化在线学习系统提供的智慧教学工具恰当地将课程思政融入课堂,构建“三全育人”体系,实现学生知识能力以及创新思辨能力的全面提升。

     “雅言传承文明,经典润物无声”,文学经典是人类感情的最丰富最生动的表达,是一个民族优美语言的呈现与典范,是伟大思想的结晶,是文化的浸润熏陶,它充满了丰富的想象,强烈的艺术感染力和永恒的审美价值。英美文学经典作品反映了英美国家社会、历史、政治、经济、生活习俗等诸多因素,本课程强调实践性和应用性的特点,将现代信息技术与经典阅读相结合,以启发为主,讲授、问答,讨论相结合,辅以拓展阅读、文学作品电影赏析等,帮助学生了解英美国家风土人情、价值观念以及社会变迁,开拓视野,陶冶情操,培养英语思维,塑造健全人格,掌握文学批评的基本知识和方法,逐步培养文学综合、概括、分析、思辨的能力。
