课程简介
课程以具有国际化视野的卓越法治人才为培养目标，学生通过本课程的学习可以培养三个层面的知识和能力：第一、掌握国际法学的核心概念、基本原则、主要规则和重要理论。学生能够理解国家、领土、主权、海洋、条约、外交、外空、国家责任、人权保护、和平争端解决等核心概念；理解主权平等原则、不使用武力原则和不干涉内政等基本原则；了解国际法的历史发展、国际法与国内法的基本关系、中国对现代国际法的贡献等。第二、能够运用国际法基本理论、原则和规则解释国际问题，认识中国在国际对外交往中的核心利益并能够运用规则维护该利益。第三、通过国际法学的学习，塑造正确的国际关系观，客观理性的认识国际社会的利益冲突与政治格局，正确认识中华民族伟大复兴所赋予青年学子的历史使命。在内容上，课程资源覆盖《国际公法》主要知识点。通过参考《国际公法学（马工程）》《国际法(周鲠生)》《奥本海国际法》《布朗利国际公法原理》等中英文经典教材，并结合国际法学最新思想和理论，在线课程视频内容覆盖了国际法的概念和历史、国际法的渊源、国际法的主体；联合国和国际组织、国家领土、空间法、人权的国际保护、国际法上的国家责任、国际刑事法、国际争端解决、条约法、国际人道法等基本问题。
