这门课会讲什么？
生物专业英语是面向生物工程、生物技术高年级本科生开设的专业任选课程。
本课程教学内容主要涉及普通生物学、微生物学、遗传学、分子生物学等领域的专业基础知识。通过本课程，向学生介绍生物学的基本知识，扩大生物专业英语的词汇量；中间穿插介绍分子生物学中常用的实验技术，让学生在将来的科学研究中能更加容易地看懂英文撰写的操作说明，同时为了让学生掌握专业英语书刊的阅读技巧，讲解如何撰写科技论文等方面的知识；课程后期设定了最新前沿动态文献汇报环节，以便提高学生的口头表达能力。
